7-Eleven Meal Builder
7-Eleven Thailand is a meal assembly line. You can build a hot meal for 50–80 THB, but the calorie-vs-money ratio varies wildly. This tool adds up real items, real prices, and real macros.
Pick items
What this solves
Quick meal at 11 pm when nothing's open, 80 THB ceiling for a backpacker daily spend, late-night recovery after drinking — and what to actually buy vs skip.
How to read
- Items are actual Thai 7-Eleven products (CP, Thai President, MAMA brands). Prices 2025.
- Macros from packaging. Calorie counts are estimates; real values ±15%.
- Protein value = protein THB ratio. E.g. steamed bun (15 g protein, 12 THB) wins vs canned coffee (3 g, 20 THB).
Limitations
- Microwave heating varies; some items better than others.
- Sauces and condiments often high in sodium.
- Hot food rotates — the "today's hot meals" sign has 6 options that change daily.
FAQ
Is 7-Eleven food safe?
Yes — same CP group supply as street vendors. Microwaved items are cooked from frozen each morning. Hot rice porridge in the rotisserie cabinet is often the freshest item.
Is the sausage really that high in calories?
Yes. The famous "sausage bun" (sai uay) is ~280 kcal for 12 THB. It's a bargain but it's 60% fat. Treat as a snack, not a meal base.
